We have therefore developed this Privacy Policy to inform our Clients about how we collect, use, communicate with the personal information of our Clients. Certain information from and about the Client will, however, be collected and changed into a statistic, which will be made available for public purposes. This information will at all times be anonymous and will not in any way be linked to an individual Client(s).

How Intesec Electronics will use your information

Upon submitting communication via our “Get in Contact” form on the Intesec Electronics website, a Client will need to provide their full name, email address and a detailed message. Upon registering interest via our “Request a Proposal” form on the Intesec Electronics website, a Client will need to provide their full name, email address, contact number, and specific property information.

All of the information collected will be used for general purposes including, but not limited to, providing services, billing, identification and authentication, improvement, contact and research purposes.

The security of our Client’s information is of great importance to us and we endeavor to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safe-keeping thereof.   • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used and to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete and up-to-date;
  • Should Intesec Electronics PTY LTD be acquired by or merged with another company, your information will be transferred to the new company. In this event, Intesec Electronics PTY will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the website before the Client’s information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy;
  • We will endeavor to protect all personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft together with unauthorized access, disclosure, copying use or modification.

Policy Changes

Intesec Electronics may change / update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and in sole discretion. In the event that the Privacy Policy is updated, Intesec Electronics will notify all Client’s of any such changes via email or via a notice displayed on the website. Your continued use of our website after such changes in the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Data Retention / POPIA Act

Intesec Electronics is registered with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013, (“POPIA”) which ensures that all personal information held is in statute that regulates the use and processing of such person and/or legal entity’s personal information.
